It provides solutions to the various stake holders of the schooling community through its workshops, books and mentoring programs.<br \/>\nThe Gyan Tree grew from the &#8216;seed&#8217; of Kidology, which was conceptualised and started in 2003 by Vaishali Nitturkar in Sydney, Australia. It was started primarily to develop 7Es in kids \u2013 Empathy, Energy, Ethics, Enquiry, Enterprise, Excellence and Equanimity.
